Two women were arrested on suspicion of prostitution at Folsom massage parlors as part of a sting operation Wednesday.
Folsom police said that detectives from a special department investigative unit conducted a sting of several massage parlors in the city following complaints from the public and other business operators.
Police Sgt. Eric Heichlinger said tipsters from the community “suspected illicit activities were occurring in the businesses.”
Detectives arrested Yueting Hu, 44, of Sacramento from T Massage, 1179 Riley St., and Yanxia Luo, 38, of Sacramento from Serenity Massage, 1000 River Rock Drive, No. 115, near Greenback Lane and Madison Avenue, a police news release states.
